Join Nikki & Rose for a cosy Autumn half-day retreat.

Rose will guide you through a gentle yoga practice which is perfect for beginnners and experienced yogi’s alike.

We will then pause for some warming cacao, lovingly prepared by Rose.

As the cacao begins to warm through you, Rose will lead a guided meditation where you will be invited to leave the outside world where it is, and to come home, inside yourself…

As Rose gently guides you to relax, Nikki will begin the sound bath where you may experience a deeper level of relaxation as the therapeutic vibrations of instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and crystal singing bowls permeate your energy field, enabling your body to absorb the sound frequencies on a cellular level.

Following the sound bath, we will play some deeply moving music, intuitively chosen, to allow you to move freely without fear of judgement or anxiety. Allow yourself to let go, move however you feel to move…be free to be your authentic self.

This event takes place at Ryton Village Hall which has stunning south-facing views towards the Long Mynd, the Lawley, and Caer Caradoc through full height windows, where we might take full advantage of the sun during this cosy winter event.

The venue is also equipped with underfloor heating so you should be nice and warm, whatever the weather is doing outside!
