Join Nikki & Rose for a rejuvenating full day retreat at Wellness Woodlands, Bridgnorth… a truly amazing location with an incredible high-vibe energy, full of cosy nooks, thoughtful seating spaces and standing stones.
Join us for this soul-nourishing retreat where we enter the quirky, cool Wellness Woods in Bridgnorth for some well-deserved R’n’R time.
We will be connecting with nature in these stunning woodlands, Immersing ourselves in the elements Mother Nature intended us to... Coming back home and grounding.
We will start the retreat with a special (and fun!) ceremony which will also include a gentle aura cleansing.
This wellness-packed day will feature:

During this day, we hope that you will find space to roam, express and be free. This day is here for you to get away from your busy life, connect to nature, reconnect back into yourself.
This amazing day will feature:
Yoga
Rose will lead the yoga session and invite you to stretch and move through your body to release built-up tension, allowing you to let go, feeling lighter and a little looser!
Sound Bath
Nikki will lovingly bathe us in sound and take us to a deeper sense of relaxation as she plays intuitively for the group. The sound waves will help clear stagnant energy and help shift blockages. Nikki will be joined by Rose who will also play instruments throughout the session, and together, they create the most beautiful soul-stirring sounds.
Lunch
Lunch will be a tasty and hearty vegan-friendly soup with sumptuous bread. You also will get a sweet and tasty dessert (healing is hungry work so we need our strength!), and there will be tasty healthy nibbles available for you to snack on throughout the day if you are a bit of a grazer!
Grounding
We will lead you outdoors into the beautiful space that is the Wellness woodlands, so you have time and space to connect with nature, including the highly energised standing stones in the woods. Take in the fresh air, and feel into the energy of the space... and if you’re lucky you may even get a sighting of the Bridgnorth steam train!
Connection and Cacao
We will spend some time connecting internally as we take in some warming, heart-opening ceremonial cacao. This beautiful and gentle plant medicine helps us to open our hearts, and allow us to feel more open and welcoming to change.
Drumming Circle
We will come together in a circle by the fire to connect to rhythmic drumming. You will be encouraged to join in musical fun, singing, chanting, moving and allowing the inner you to be free and come out to play!
Intuitive movement
You will be led into free movement where your intuition will guide you. Music, rhythm, and freedom will all meet. Allow your body to express itself any way that feels good, get out of your head and back into your body.
We will open and close the day with a short ceremony to open and close the space.
There will also be space for journaling, sharing and rest.
We welcome you to join us for a day like no other, to restart, give yourself a break away from it all and leave feeling lighter, energised and rejuvenated.
Switch off from technology, distractions and endless notifications. Reconnect with your inner self and nature.

What to bring...
For Yoga & Sound
Yoga mat, blankets, pillows (We will have a few spare yoga mats, blankets and pillows available if you don't have one)
Eye mask (optional)
Comfy, easy-to-move-in clothing for yoga, such as:
Leggings, loose-fitting trousers, joggers, t-shirts, jumpers, hoodies, grippy socks, etc
Extra layers of clothing for the sound bath
General
Water, Journal, pen
Regular footwear or slides for use inside the retreat space
Warm layers – jumper, hoodies, joggers, thermals, cosy socks, etc
We will be providing hot drinks but feel free to bring your own flask if you prefer
Outdoor layers
Please note we will be outside at certain points in the retreat, please do bring layers and outerwear and suitable shoes so you are warm and comfortable. Waterproofs are a great idea.
Warm coat, gloves, hat, scarf, wellies/hiking boots or outdoor trainers – that you don’t mind getting muddy
Extras (Optional)
If you have your own drum, rattle, shaker, or tambourine, you are welcome to bring it for the drumming circle
Hot water bottle for extra cosiness!
