Ever wanted to know more about sound healing or wondered what a sound bath actually is? Are you thinking about a career in sound healing but want to know more before you dive in?

At this interactive event, you will learn about sound healing and how it can benefit you and others. You will have the chance to play some of the instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, the drum, gongs, and chimes. We will also tap into the power of your voice - working as a group to gently tone into each chakra point. You don’t need the ability to sing to take part, this is just about making a sound with the voice.

I will demonstrate each instrument, inviting you to feel into the sound, following which I will conduct a sound bath. As you experience the sound, you will be invited to notice where you feel the sound, or what impact it has on the bodymind, or your energy field, being more present and aware as the sound reaches through your field, and the body on a cellular level. Being fully present and conscious may enable you to fully experience an expansion of consciousness. Sound can shift stuck energies which can feel like a release, allowing your soul to infuse through your being, into the space that has been created by the sound.

You will then be invited to share your experience and benefit from reflections from me as a trained spiritual facilitator, but there’s no pressure to share.

We will conclude with a question and answer session, followed by a closing meditation. You will also take home a shaker instrument to help you continue to work with sound at home.
